Peter Hoeschler has successfully defended his dissertation titled «Skills, Personal Characteristics, and Labor Market Transitions». In his dissertation, he investigated the labor market relevance and malleability of non-cognitive skills. For example, he shows that non-cognitive skills are of utmost importance for receiving a job offer by the training firm at the end of apprenticeship training.
