Patricia Palffy has been awarded for the best presentation at the PhD Colloquium at the HR Division International Conference (HRIC 2023) of the Academy of Management in June 2023 in South Africa. Patricia presented her project on “One size does not fit all: A large-scale field experiment on countering gender-typical occupational choices".
