Patricia Palffy awarded PERSONALquarterly Best Paper Award

The paper "One size does not fit all: A large-scale field experiment on countering gender-typical occupational choices" authored by Patricia Palffy, Patrick Lehnert and Uschi Backes-Gellner, has been awarded the PERSONALquarterly Best Paper Award.

The paper was selected by the journal PERSONALquarterly in cooperation with the Kommission Personal im Verband der Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirschaft and awarded to Patricia Palffy on 21 September 2023 at the Herbstworkshop der Wissenschaftlichen Kommission Personal in Berlin.

Aim of the award is to reward high quality academic research that leads to particularly interesting insights for practical HR management.
