Rudolf Ergenzinger studied business administration at the University of Zurich. Afterwards, he became a research assistant at the Chair of Marketing and assistant lecturer at the University of Zurich. During this time, he promoted in the field of Human Resources.
Currently, he is supporting Prof. Dr. Martin Natter in his assessment lecture Business Administration I.
His research interests focus on strategic marketing, retail marketing, multi- / digital channel management, social media marketing and personal marketing.
