Lissette Cabrera is the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Chair of HRM and Leadership. She supports the team in their endeavor to establish the Chair as a leading platform for research, teaching, outreach, and impact. Her duties encompass project management, internal- and external communications and the semester planning for the Chair. Additionally, she assists Professor Menges with administrative and organizational matters such as, recruitment, finance and accounting along with other general administrative duties.
Lissette has a background in tourism, event management, PR and marketing communication. In her last role she spent 10 years working for an international medical device company as a Media Manager.
Personally, she loves to laugh, spend time with family and friends and invite anyone for dinner who is willing to try her cooking.
