Thesis Application Process:

Thank you for your interest in writing a thesis with the Chair of HRM and Leadership! We conduct a formal application process twice a year, generally in October and April. The first step in this process is to attend the mandatory Thesis Information Session, where you will learn about:

• The overall application and thesis requirements
• The projects currently available for application

After attending the information session, students prepare their application materials and submit them via the survey provided by the Chair. We evaluate applications promptly, and decisions are usually communicated within two weeks of the application deadline.

The Thesis Information Session was just held on October 1st, the next is scheduled for April 2026.

Next Steps

The thesis application window is currently closed. The next application window will be April 2026.
