Florence completed her B.Sc. in Psychology with Business Administration as a minor at the University of Zurich before then specializing in the field of Neuropsychology during her M.Sc. In her master thesis, she analyzed whether acoustic stimulation serves as an effective tool to enhance deep sleep and its implications on behavior. During her studies, Florence worked for several years at Great Place to Work® Switzerland, a consulting company specializing in developing and shaping workplace culture, where she gained practical insight as a communication specialist into the challenges which organizations and leaders face in the time of New Work and current change. After finishing her M.Sc., Florence worked for several months as a Research Associate at the University of Zurich, where she primarily focused on quantitative data analysis.
