Stephen KingAbstract:
This is a course for PhD students interested in obtaining in-depth familiarity with important and current research topics in network science and marketing. We will go through important papers, paying careful attention to details, such as research questions, modeling, and data. The main goals will be: becoming familiar with important, current, research topics in the areas of network science and marketing, and to develop the ability to evaluate new research ideas in this area.

In-depth study of papers presented in the seminar.

Reading materials will be provided electronically two weeks before the class.
Prerequisites:
Good knowledge of methodology in network science and/or econometrics; very good ability to read, communicate and write in English.
Grading:
The grade will be determined by one written paper, or presentation, or referee report, and by oral participation in class discussions of research papers.
