Lukas Haas

Lukas Haas has been working with large fast-growing travel clients at Google for four years. He focuses on developing online marketing strategies and his core topics are smart bidding solutions as well as the increasing importance of remarketing. Prior to Google, he gathered experience as a sales consultant in various industries.
Lukas Haas studied at the University of Magdeburg and holds a Diploma in International Management.

Anika Bötel

Anika Bötel holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Magdeburg. She started her career as a product manager in the automotive industry. While managing a product for Asian markets she faced changing market demands and managed conflicts between innovation, customer needs and financial targets.

Since 2016, Anika Bötel has been working for Volkswagen Group to design an R&D Strategy for passenger car brands and developed a collaboration program for managers within Volkswagen Group R&D.

Dr. Rob Britton

Rob Britton has spent his entire working life, 50 years, in the airline and travel industries.  Rob earned a Ph.D. in geography from the University of Minnesota, and a postdoctoral certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He spent 22 years with American Airlines in a variety of leadership roles all across the company. 

Originally a geography professor, he is now an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, and an annual guest lecturer at more than 25 business schools worldwide, including Kellogg, Wharton, and of course UZH.  He has published more than 125 articles in prominent newspapers and magazines, travel-industry publications, and refereed academic journals.

Dr. Daniel Kostyra

Daniel Kostyra first studied and later gained his doctorate at the Goethe University Frankfurt with research focus on online product reviews, brand alliances and order effects in e-commerce.

Since 2014, he has been working for Cocomore (agency for digital marketing) and its affiliated company Kairion (media agency) as a consultant.

In 2015, he rejoined the Goethe University as a visiting lecturer. One year later, Daniel Kostyra received his teaching assignment at the University of Zurich, Chair of Marketing, Prof. Dr. Martin Natter.

Dr. Logi Karlsson

Logi Karlsson, Executive Director at Islandsbanki, one of Iceland´s largest banks, is a marketing specialist who previously worked as marketing manager in the tourism industry and as an independent marketing consultant. Logi holds a PhD degree in marketing and a Master's degree in business administration from University of Wollongong as well as a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Iceland.

After completing the PhD, Logi worked as a postdoctoral researcher at The University of Queensland Business School.

Viktor Calabrò

Viktor Calabrò started his career as a process optimizer in the IT sector with an ever-increasing desire to realize his own entrepreneurial dreams and founded an event agency. While managing this successful start-up, he was often confronted with the dilemma of finding temporary staff at short notice that could satisfy his staffing needs. In consideration of this, Viktor Calabrò developed a vision to revolutionize the market for personnel staffing solutions by founding a fully automated staffing platform called Coople (former STAFF FINDER), which today can fill 98% of all job requests within four hours. In this regard, Viktor created the world’s first on-demand market place for flexible staffing solutions and coined the term “just in time staff management”. Within only six years, Coople has registered over 100’000 employees and 6’000 employers in Switzerland. In 2014, Viktor Calabrò has been awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young. He was also a finalist of the Swiss Economic Awards in 2015. In 2016, Disrupt 100 has listed Coople as one of the 100 most disruptive companies in the world.

Jerry Fohringer

Jerry Fohringer holds a master of science in electrical engineering and a master of advanced studies in management, both degrees from ETH Zurich. Fohringer started his career as a software developer, then moved into various senior marketing positions in the telecom industry.
In 2010, he changed into the retail sector and was responsible for all CRM programs, personalized marketing as well as the tactical marketing at Migros.

Today, he is Managing Director at Accarda AG, a company offering payment and loyalty services mainly to the retail industry.
