Strategy, Organization & Innovation

The Strategy, Organization & Innovation group studies how firms organize, make strategic choices, and foster innovation. We investigate topics such as organizational design, strategy processes, decision-making, innovation dynamics, and corporate social responsibility. Our core research questions focus on how technological, social, and regulatory shifts influence managerial behavior and organizational performance.

Our teaching reflects the same commitment to rigorous and practice-relevant knowledge. Courses foster critical and analytical thinking, preparing students to address complex managerial and societal challenges across diverse organizational and institutional contexts. Through close engagement with scholars and practitioners, the group advances a nuanced understanding of how organizations operate and create value.
