Research
Our research explores prescriptive models for decision-making in service operations, with a particular focus on applications in on-demand transportation, shared mobility, and logistics. We study the design and control of stochastic systems and networks with strategic agents exploring both financial and operational control mechanisms.
Our research applies a broad range of mathematical methods from operations research and business analytics. We particularly use stochastic modeling, queueing theory, game theory, as well as data-driven and simulation-based optimization techniques.
