Welcome Theresa & Emmy!
We are delighted to share that our newest researchers in residence have arrived: Theresa Füreder from the Institute of Strategic Management at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, Austria, and Emmy Hjort-Enemark Topholm from the Danish Center for Social Science Research and Aalborg University, Denmark, are currently visiting us at the UZH Chair of Organization and Management.
Theresa is especially interested in researching the implementation of Open Strategy processes, focusing on the inclusion of actors and the dynamics that emerge through their joint involvement. Emmy, in her research, takes a practice-based perspective on public welfare organization and management, with a particular focus on interprofessional collaboration and organizational change.
