The Spring Semester has begun
The spring semester has officially begun with the first session of our bachelor level course “Organisation & Führung” (Organisation & Leadership).
The opening session set the stage for examining corporate leadership through an organizational lens. Instead of isolating leadership as an individual skill, the course situates it within complex organizational contexts shaped by decision-making challenges and strategic considerations.
Over the coming weeks, we will explore the professionalization of leadership practice, how organizations deal with difficult decisions, and how strategic thinking is embedded in dynamic, uncertain environments. A central thread: understanding leadership as an ongoing, evolving process rather than a fixed formula.
It’s great to see so many students in the lecture hall and we look forward to unpacking these questions together!
