Summer Magic Mountain 2026

 We have just returned from our Summer Magic Mountain, which this year took place in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como.

The Magic Mountain marked the closing of our spring semester at the University of Zurich. Following our lecture period in Business Administration, Organization & Leadership and Organization Theories, as well as our Qualitative Methods Seminar, it offered a great opportunity to reflect on the past months and prepare for what lies ahead.

Joined by our families, we spent the past three days combining working sessions with shared meals, lakeside walks, and time together as a Chair family. Alongside reflecting on our lectures and seminars and discussing opportunities for improvement, we reviewed the progress on our annual objectives and planned the upcoming fall semester, conferences, and research activities.

As the spring semester comes to a close, we would like to wish all students the very best of luck for their remaining exams and a refreshing semester break. We are already looking forward to welcoming many of you back in the fall for our Change Management lecture as well as our Case Studies and Strategy-as-Practice (SAP) seminars.
