Strategy-as-practice Community Day
What a very special Strategy-as-Practice Community Day we had! On July 2, 2025, we celebrated several major milestones at EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies) in Athens:
20 years of Strategy-as-Practice at EGOS, one decade of SAP Community Days, and the new Standing Working Group on Organizing as Practice.
Opening
We began with a look back at 20 years of SAP – milestones, memories, and moments of transformation. It was extra special to have all organizers from the very first SAP Community Day (also in Athens, 2015) with us again!

Roundtables
Early-career scholars had the opportunity to engaged in rich feedback sessions with Jane Lê, Mike Zundel, Sotirios Paroutis, Birgit Renzl, Virpi Sorsa, Waldemar Kremser, and Paul Spee.
