SOI Research Seminar Series
This semester, the SOI Research Seminar Series once again brought together colleagues and international guests for stimulating presentations and discussions. As part of the rotating organization, our Chair contributed to facilitating this semester’s sessions, made possible through the joint efforts of the SOI faculty and their invited speakers.

In addition, John Busenbark (University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business) led a dedicated SOI workshop on Endogeneity in Management and Strategy Research – outlining methodological best practices and clarifying expectations for publishing in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Journal.
Beyond the regular seminars, the semester also included:
- SOI PhD & Postdoc Roundtable Sessions
- Our first SOI PhD Writing Retreat at Monastery Mariazell – combining focused research time, peer exchange, and community-building (with future retreats already planned)
