Kick-off Change Management & Case Study Courses
The new semester has officially started, and with it, our lectures and seminars are now in full swing at the University of Zurich!
Change Management Lecture
Last week, we kicked off the undergraduate Change Management lecture, where we will dive into the dynamics of organizational change, explore phases of transformation, and discuss how resistance can be constructively addressed in practice.
Case Study Seminar
Today, we held our first internal session of this fall’s Organizational Consulting seminar. Twelve Master’s students will collaborate with leading consultancies and companies over the semester, tackling real-world challenges while sharpening their problem-solving and presentation skills.
Ringier Newsroom Visit
Also today, the winners of our BWL II “Challenge the Prof” game had the opportunity to tour the Ringier Newsroom in Zurich. Congratulations again to Ece İclal Dalkılıç, Sebastian Zumstein, Louis Bruhin, and Henrik Gattiker for their strong performance in class! A big thank you also to Daniel Riedel for guiding us through the newsroom and providing such great insights into the fast-paced world of media.
OMTF Conference
In the coming days, our lecture series continues with the Organization, Management and Theories of the Firm (OMTF) Conference in Lugano — a great opportunity for PhD students to present and discuss their research with peers and senior scholars from across Switzerland.
