Robert joined the chair in March 2025 as a postdoctoral researcher. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is currently finishing his PhD at the University of Vienna. Beginning of 2024 he was a visiting PhD student at Imperial College London.

His research interests include organization design, online communities, and organizational search. His work has been published in the Strategic Management Journal and presented at conferences of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society.
