PhD Seminar in Strategy, Organization & Innovation (formerly the MOS Seminar)
The PhD Seminar in Strategy, Organization & Innovation is a regularly held research seminar aimed at fostering collaboration and advancing research in the areas of strategy, organization, and innovation. The seminar comprises several formats. On the one hand, it regularly invites external, internationally renowned guest scholars who present their current research. On the other hand, the seminar provides a platform for the presentation of participants’ own work, either in the form of traditional research talks or in more specialized, interactive formats, such as sessions designed to support revise-and-resubmit processes.
In addition, the seminar offers dedicated formats that address the specific support needs of PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. A central element in this regard is the Roundtable, which focuses on practical topics such as online tools for PhD students, funding and financing opportunities, and issues related to academic career development.
