Background:

Patricia completed her Bacherlor's and Master's studies in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Zurich, where she specialized in Social, Organizational and Business Psychology. She then joined the professorship of Prof. Backes-Gellner as a Ph.D. student and obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Zurich in 2024. She was a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University from January 2022 to June 2022. Before starting her Ph.D., she worked as a student assistant at the Chair for Empirical Research in Business, Industrial Relations and HRM as well as at the Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Zurich and worked as junior consultant at a business consultancy.
