Johannes received his Ph.D. from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2011. During his PhD he spent three months at USC Marshall Business School under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Peer Fiss. Before his doctoral studies, Johannes studied at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai (CEIBS) and Corvinus University Budapest (CUB) where he received his MSc in International Economics.
