Successful seminar on "Current Topics in Management and Business Ethics: Corporate Governance and Sustainability" with Prof. Ruth Aguilera

We were highly delighted that Professor Ruth Aguilera visited us to hold a seminar for doctoral students on “Current Topics in Management and Business Ethics: Corporate Governance and Sustainability”. Professor Aguilera is the distinguished Darla and Frederick Brodsky Trustee Professor in International Business and Strategy at Northeastern University, Boston and a Visiting Professor at ESADE Business School, Barcelona.

The seminar took place with 11 participants from different universities and focused on comparative corporate governance and developing students research capabilities. Within these four days we got familiar with concepts, theories and findings in management and business ethics pertaining to comparative corporate governance.

In addition to the seminar content, Professor Aguilera also offered students the unique opportunity to attend individual coaching sessions where they could discuss their current research projects with her.

Overall, the seminar was very insightful and inspiring, and we are very glad that Professor Aguilera visited us for this occasion.
