Miguel Espinosa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. He received his PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics and was previously an Assistant Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. His research focuses on organizational economics, with particular interest in how skill heterogeneity shapes organizational performance.
Michelle Acampora (ETH Zurich)

Michelle Acampora is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Immigration Policy Lab at ETH Zurich. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich. Her research lies at the intersection of development and behavioral economics, focusing on how market frictions and social incentives affect belief formation and individual behavior, including demand for mental healthcare.

Catalina Franco is a Researcher at the Centre for Applied Research at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. She is affiliated with FAIR — the Centre for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality — and the Development Learning Lab. Her research interests include education and gender, labour economics, and development economics.
