Open Research Assistant Position 1: Data collection
Responsibilities:
collecting or downloading data from databases
reading and coding points of information from documents or online sources
structuring existing raw data into a structured format
Additional responsibilities may also include reading existing written work (including slides) and making edits on such documents.
Requirements:
A student on the Bachelor- or Master-level in Data Science, Business Administration, Informatics, or neighboring fields with an interest in data science
Any prior experience in manual data collection is a great advantage.
Automated data collection (e.g., web-scraping) experience is also an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required.
Employment level: 10-40%
Place of work: Remote work for many of the tasks.

Responsibilities:
Updating existing material, developing new slides and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the teaching material
Updating examples to reflect current industry trends
Collaborating with the course instructor to ensure that the content meets the course objectives
Proofreading and editing the material for clarity and accuracy
Requirements:
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and graphic design are required.
A basic understanding of strategic management principles and concepts is necessary.
Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required.
Prior work or research experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
Employment level: 10-40%
