Background:

Fabienne completed her Bachelor's in Economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and her Master's studies in Economics at the University of Zurich. During her studies, she specialized in empirical labor economics. Before joining our team as a doctoral student in February 2018, Fabienne worked in a HR consultancy with a focus on executive assessments and personnel development.

In February 2022, she successfully defended her dissertation "Skill Bundles and Labour Market Outcomes: Identifying Different Types of Skills in Curriculum Texts by Applying Natural Language Processing".

As a postdoctoral researcher, Fabienne coordinates and conducts research related to education, skills, teams, and digitalization.

Economics of Education, Personnel Economics, Labor Economics, Digital Transformation
