With experience in payroll control and employment law, Ines Franjkovic started at the Department of Business Administration and Economics of the University of Zurich in November 2021. Besides the employment at our institution, Ines studies business psychology at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art.

She assists Professor Natter and his research team with administrative and organizational matters in the areas of study and course planning, personnel matters, finance and accounting along with other office organization and secretarial tasks.

Additionally, she attends to the maintenance of the Chair's website.
