Sangyun Kim

Sangyun Kim received his Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Kim studies business strategy, organizational learning, and innovation from a behavioral perspective. He examines organizational learning and search processes and how they interact with organizational structures to generate competitive advantages for the firms in today’s turbulent business environments.
