Patrick started in 2020 as a Semester Assistant at the Chair of HRM & Leadership and is presently finishing his Master's degree in psychology with social-, business- and organizational psychology as a main focus.
He is interested in people in organizations and how they can be enabled to cope with coming challenges of the working world. In the past he gained work experience in an HR consultancy and an HR department of an insurance company. In his master thesis, he is studying how intergenerational knowledge exchange in organizations can be facilitated.
Personally, he likes traveling, music and meeting up with friends.
