Short Bio

Anil is the managing director of the Center for Research in Sports Administration and a post-doctoral researcher at the Chair for Services & Operations Management at the University of Zurich. His research focuses on sports economics and sports management. He holds a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen in Strategy & International Management and received his Ph.D. at the University of Zurich.Previously, he worked as management consultant in financial services, banking, retail, and e-commerce industries.

Anil is the initiator of jazzhane, an association and music label focusing on music from the east, that is, music that was created, rediscovered, and reinterpreted along the silk road. He is a founding board member of Oecogreen.
