Ralph Lehmann directs the Master of Science degree in Business Administration and teaches the subjects of strategy, leadership and international business at the HTW Chur. At the Swiss Institute for Entrepreneurship, he supervised the research focus of "internationalization."Ralph Lehmann has conducted multiple CTI projects for the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises and appraisals. Among other things, he has also advised the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, published in numerous journals, and is a member of the European International Business Association EIBA.
Ralph Lehmann studied business administration at the University of Zurich with a PhD from the Institute for Research in Business Administration. In his dissertation, he focused on the diversification of activities. He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen and spent a year each as a Research Fellow at the Wharton School in Philadelphia (USA) as well as at the Ecole Supérieure Chercheur associé des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales in Paris. He habilitated with the topic of charismatic leadership as an privatdozent at the University of Zurich.
