Susan J. Mendez was research associate at the Chair for Entrepreneurship at the University of Zurich from 2008 to 2013. She completed her doctoral studies in Management and Economics at the University of Zurich in 2013. Her research interests include applied industrial organization, applied microeconometrics and health economics. She is currently working as a Research Fellow at The Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research at the University of Melbourne.
